HR Manager

Job Summary

Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the company's recruitment and selection processes
● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
● Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees
● Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
● Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
● Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution when necessary
● Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives

Requirements
● Age: 33 years and above
● Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources position
● Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule
● Monday to Saturday
● Onsite role based in Ibadan

Compensation: ₦180,000 - ₦200,000 monthly
