Overview
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to support export operations, ensuring effective workforce management, compliance, and smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
▪️Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment
▪️Handle employee relations, discipline, and attendance
▪️Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
▪️Oversee payroll coordination and statutory obligations
▪️Support operations with manpower planning and performance management

Requirements
▪️Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
▪️5–8 years HR experience (minimum 2 years in a managerial role)
▪️Experience in logistics, export, or operations environment
▪️Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
▪️Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
