Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate, NYSC member, or candidate seeking practical experience in Human Resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior HR experience or knowledge of HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
