HR BUSINESS PARTNER (MARINE SERVICES)

Job Summary

📍 Location: Port Harcourt / Bonny, Rivers State
💰 Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly
⏳ Experience: 3–5 Years

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR service delivery within a Marine Services business.
 

🔴 NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
✅ Must reside within Port Harcourt or Bonny Axis
✅ Must possess a recognized HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD)
✅ Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Marine, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Technical Operations, Outsourcing, or Project-Based Workforce environment
✅ Strong experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and HR Operations
✅ Experience supporting operational and technical workforce environments
 

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and manpower requirements
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and deployment activities
* Handle employee relations, grievance management, and performance management processes
* Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
* Coordinate workforce administration across multiple operational locations
* Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
