Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in the real estate industry to join their team.

The Role
The HRBP will partner with management and employees to drive effective HR strategies, strengthen employee engagement, support performance management, and ensure HR practices align with business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Previous experience within the real estate industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management.
- Strong understanding of employment practices and HR processes.
- CIPM or other relevant HR certification is an added advantage.
