Job Summary

Salary: 200,000 – ₦250,000
A reputable 3-star hotel in Port Harcourt is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily hotel operations.
* Lead and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Drive occupancy and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
* Ensure exceptional guest experience and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and financial management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Management Systems (PMS).
