Head of Customer Care

Job Summary

📍 Lekki Phase 1, Lagos — full-time, on-site

💰 ₦400,000 – ₦550,000/month, depending on experience

What you’ll do:
●Own and manage our CRM system
●Lead client communication standards across our channels
●Resolve customer issues and complaints directly
●Make sure our marketing and ad spend is actually converting into sales
●Own client retention and follow-up
●Ensure everything communicated to customers is accurate and compliant

What we’re looking for:
●Proven experience managing customer-facing teams and CRM systems
●up to date with the latest systems and ai 
●5-10 years + experience 
●degree in something similar 
●Warm, relationship-driven, detail-oriented
●Understanding of compliance in a regulated or sensitive industry
●Comfortable holding a team to a communication standard
