The Role
We are seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead people management, HR operations, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Policy & Compliance: Develop, interpret, and enforce HR policies; ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Workforce & Recruitment: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and seamless onboarding.

HR Operations: Oversee payroll, performance management, L&D initiatives, and the HR budget.

Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive reward strategies and conduct compensation surveys.

Admin & Procurement: Manage facilities, assets, and the end-to-end procurement process.

Requirements

First degree in Humanities or related field; MBA/MSc required.

Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is mandatory.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
