Requirements 
●Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Customer Service or a related field.
●Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service role is an advantage.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Strong customer-service orientation.
●Good computer and administrative skills.
●Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
●Professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
●Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
