FINANCE OFFICER (PART-TIME)

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing health and wellness brand focused on delivering premium products and services across weight management, feminine health, and lifestyle wellness. We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Finance Officer to support and strengthen the financial operations of the business.

📍 LOCATION & WORK STRUCTURE
• Lekki Phase 1 (in-store)
• Part-time role
• Sundays (in-store 1 day a week) + occasional remote support

💰 SALARY: ₦130,000 per month

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage all financial records and reporting
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial reports
• Manage staff payroll and payments
• Reconcile all transactions (POS, transfers, online)
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Identify financial gaps and areas for improvement
• Maintain structured and organised financial systems

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong experience handling real business finances (not just theory)
• Very strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced use of Excel and financial tracking tools
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Finance or Accounting degree is a bonus
