Job Summary
Salary: 300,000 Naira Monthly
Working Hour: (HYBRID) 3-4 Days in a week
Role Summary
We are looking for a Female Digital Marketing & Content Lead to drive strategic growth across all digital channels at Bridal Accent. They will be responsible for translating the brand vision into high-quality digital campaigns that generate visibility, engagement, and ultimately revenue.
You will lead the content team, oversee social media marketing, manage influencer relationships, and optimize digital platforms (including our website) to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Growth
Lead brainstorming sessions to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and brand goals
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across all digital channels
Identify growth opportunities through trends, analytics, and insights
Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing efforts SEO, Google and Meta ads, etc.
2. Content Direction & Team Leadership
Lead the content team (designers, content creator, editors, models, etc.) to produce high-quality and on-brand content.
Oversee content calendars ensuring alignment, consistency, relevance, and performance
Direct creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and business objectives
3. Social Media Management
Own and grow all social media platforms with a focus on engagement and conversions
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
Stay ahead of social media trends and implement innovative formats
4. Email and Retention Marketing
Develop and manage email marketing strategy across the customer journey and lifecycle as a core revenue channel (from lead all the way to retention)
Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, follow up)
Segment audiences for targeted campaigns (brides, event/special occasion shoppers, ready to wear clients, repeat clients, etc.)
Align email campaigns with product drops, social media campaigns, and sales goals
Track and report performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion, revenue attribution)
5. Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand collaborators
Negotiate partnerships, gifting, and paid campaigns
Track ROI on influencer campaigns and refine strategy accordingly
6. Website & Digital Experience Optimization
Oversee website content, product uploads, and overall user experience
Optimize website for conversions (landing pages, product pages, checkout flow)
Work with our developers or tools to improve performance, SEO, and usability
7. Meta and Google Ads
Own and execute multi-channel paid advertising strategy across Meta and Google Ads
Manage budgets and audience segmentation to maximize ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, data analysis, and performance tracking
Partner with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Report on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Lead campaign planning, A/B testing, and ad funnel optimization to improve ROI and reduce Customer acquisition cost
8. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics like CAC, conversion rates, engagement and ROI using tools like google analytics, Mailchimp etc
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports covering campaign performance, growth metrics as well as actionable insights
Use data to inform decision-making and improve marketing efficiency
9. Budgeting and ROI Management
Develop and manage digital marketing budget across all platforms
Track and report ROI across all campaigns.
Requirements
Proven work experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce)
Strong understanding of content performance, storytelling, and brand positioning
Experience leading a creative or marketing team
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics tools
Ability to manage influencer campaigns and partnerships
Knowledge of website management (WordPress and Shopify)
Strong organizational and project management skills
High level of creativity with a results-driven mindset
