Job Summary

Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 (Net)
We are hiring a Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a healthcare facility.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
5–10 years’ experience in facility management
Hospital/Healthcare experience is MANDATORY
Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety, and compliance
Excellent leadership and vendor management skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage facility maintenance, utilities, and critical systems
Supervise facility staff and external vendors
Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety standards
Handle repairs, inspections, and emergency issues
