We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily communication, scheduling, coordination, admin tasks, and lifestyle management.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, dependable, well-spoken, and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and communications professionally
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and ongoing conversations
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain organized records
- Assist with reports, research, event coordination, and occasional field work
- Support day-to-day business and personal organization for the CEO
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, Excel, ChatGPT, CLAUDE AI, and email tools
