Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BSc or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience working within aHigher Education Institution is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in managingMoodle LMS, virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Class, Zoom Education, Teams for Education, Collaborate Ultra, Kaltura Virtual Classroom, Adobe Connect, LearnCube), andSIMS.
Competencies: Strong understanding of instructional design principles and current educational technologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional: Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for general computing facilities.
