Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and conversion-focused Digital Sales Executive to join Birdview Travels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth across our digital platforms. This role is strictly performance-based and suited for individuals who are confident in converting prospects into paying customers.

 

Responsibilities
* Engage and convert leads into paying customers.
* Follow up on inquiries across digital platforms promptly and professionally.
* Drive consistent sales and revenue growth.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
* Meet and exceed assigned conversion and sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales updates and customer records on the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

 

Requirements
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Sales.
* Strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
* Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
* Experience using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
* Self-motivated, commercially aware, and performance-driven.
