JOB DESCRIPTION
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues or resolving complaints.
• Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Follow data privacy and confidentiality rules.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
