Requirements
●Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
●Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
●Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
●Proficiency in using computers and basic customer service applications.
●Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
●Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules.
