Job Summary
A reputable Merchant Bank is recruiting passionate and service-oriented professionals to join its Customer Experience team.
Location: Ahmadu Bello, Uyo, Port Harcourt, Surulere, Asaba, Warri, Benin, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Abuja
Industry: Financial Institution (Merchant Bank)*
Salary: NGN220,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries promptly.
- Provide information on the bank's products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' compulsory experience in a customer service role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional disposition.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
