Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

Location: Kofa Ruwa - Kano & Ibadan

What we are looking for
●Experience in data/computer input, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
●Experience managing a till box, and in logistics or stock management
●Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
●Good knowledge of stock management, mailing and archiving
●Fluent written and spoken English
●Accuracy and close attention to detail
●Strong self-management and time-management
●Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
●Disciplined, dynamic, and full of initiative
●Friendly, polite, and absolutely discreet with confidential information
