Role: Full time, Onsite
Role Summary:
Ensure excellent client experience from first contact to after-sales for both real estate and solar customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Guide clients through property purchase or solar installation process
- Manage complaints, escalations, and service requests promptly
- Coordinate between sales, technical, and accounts for client issues
- Maintain client database and follow up for feedback/referrals
- Support documentation: allocation letters, contracts, warranty forms
- Track client satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in any field
- 2+ years customer service experience, real estate or service industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, empathy, and conflict resolution
- Proficient in CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business
- Fluent English
Salary: Open for negotiation according to level of experience
