Job Summary
This is a full-time shift and rotation-based role for candidates who reside in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be required to serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers by delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering positive and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to concerns, addressing questions, and delivering accurate, helpful information.
- Provide comprehensive information on products and services and assist customers with payment processing and billing enquiries.
- Deliver technical support within the scope of the customer experience function, troubleshooting and resolving issues with efficiency and care.
- Maintain a professional outlook while addressing customers via all communication channels.
- Continuously project the organization brand in a positive light by delivering topnotch customer experience.
Requirements and Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant field; a background in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including shift work, night shifts, and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused when handling complaints or difficult situations.
*Salary range is between 230k - 270k, alongside other benefit.
