Job Summary
The Credit/Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, managing credit risk, and supporting the organization’s lending activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and analyze loan applications and client creditworthiness.
Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.
Structure loan facilities in line with company policies.
Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
Maintain proper documentation and credit records.
Work with Relationship Managers to identify lending opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal credit policies.
 

Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in credit analysis or loan management.
Strong understanding of credit risk and financial analysis.
Experience in lending within financial institutions.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
