We are looking for an Account Management (Customer Success) professional to drive merchant
growth, retention, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with
strong execution skills.
Requirements
1 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2 4–6 years Agency experience in Client Service, Account Management or Merchant Growth
(B2B/SaaS)
3 Proven ability to drive revenue growth and retention
4 Strong business understanding
5 Excellent communication skills
6 Experience mentoring team members
7 Strong analytical mindset
8 Experience with Freshdesk, Slack, Google Workspace is a plus
9 Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Responsibilities
1 Manage and grow key merchant accounts
2 Drive customer engagement and retention
3 Identify upselling opportunities
