Qualification / Experience
â—ŹOND/HND/BSC in any related field
â—ŹStrong verbal communication skills along with active listening
â—ŹCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality types
â—ŹAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
â—ŹExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
â—ŹComputer literacy
●In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
â—ŹExpertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
â—ŹAbility to communicate in English & Hausa is Mandatory. 
â—Ź2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
â—ŹFamiliarity with CRM systems and practice
â—ŹApplicant should be a Female
