Business Development Associate (Real Estate)

Job Summary

Location: Lagos (Remote with occasional field visits) 
Compensation: ₦150,000 Base Salary + Performance Commissions up to N600,000

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to help expand our network of real estate professionals across Nigeria.

Responsible For: 
-Recruiting real estate professionals to Nigerent 
-Demonstrating the platform’s benefits 
-Assisting agents with onboarding and setup 
-Helping agents upload listings

-Strong sales and negotiation abilities 
-Comfortable using technology and online platforms
