About the Role
Karcher German Tech is seeking a results-driven Business Developer & Key Account Manager to represent an international brand and drive business growth within the Nigerian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering consistent, profitable sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic Nigerian and international key account clients at both strategic and operational levels.
Drive and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Generate new business through networking, prospecting, product demonstrations, seminars, and brand activation events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer support, product management, marketing, and manufacturing.
Plan and execute targeted promotions and campaigns for key accounts.
Coordinate projects with internal teams and international subsidiaries.
Provide technical support to clients and participate in site surveys and meetings when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within an international or structured corporate environment.
Proven experience in technical sales and key account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in English (French is an added advantage).
Valid driver’s license.
