We are seeking experienced Branch Service Managers to oversee branch operations, customer service delivery, and overall service efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
2. Manage front-office teams including tellers and customer service officers.
3. Ensure high-quality customer experience and timely resolution of complaints.
4. Oversee cash handling processes and enforce strict compliance with banking procedures.
5. Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Candidates must currently hold or have held ABO – SBO grade level in a banking environment.
3. Minimum of 5–8 years banking experience in branch operations or customer service roles.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Good knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and service management.
