Branch Manager (Microfinance Bank)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our team as Branch Managers across multiple locations. If you have a strong background in microfinance banking and a passion for driving business growth, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery
-Drive deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, and profitability
-Lead, coach, and manage branch staff to achieve performance targets
-Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal procedures
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
-Monitor risk assets and ensure high portfolio quality

Requirements:
-Must currently be a Deputy Branch Manager or Team Lead in a Microfinance Bank
-Proven experience in business development and credit management
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to meet and exceed set targets
