Job Summary

Location: Abuja  
Reports to: Managing Director 
Role: Full time, Onsite

Role Summary:
Drive the overall business performance of the Abuja branch across real estate and solar energy lines. Responsible for revenue, operations, team leadership, and brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch strategy, sales, and operations for real estate and solar products/services
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and profit targets
- Manage, coach, and appraise all branch staff
- Build relationships with key clients, developers, estates, government agencies, and corporate partners
- Oversee project delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Manage branch expenses, and reporting to HQ
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain company standards

Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field. MBA is an advantage
- 5+ years experience in real estate, solar, or related sector, with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership
- Strong network in Abuja real estate/solar market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Salary: Open for negotiation according to level of experience
