Grade: Senior Banking Officer

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory
●First degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Finance or any related discipline
●Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Banking Operations, Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management or a related function.
●Professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, CFA, ACIB

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
●Good knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements
●Understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, CDD and sanctions compliance requirements
●Knowledge of branch operations, account opening and transaction processes
●Good understanding of compliance risk and internal control principles
●Strong attention to detail and ability to identify exceptions
●Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
●Good report-writing and documentation skills
