Job Summary

📍 Location: V.I, Lagos

🔹 Role Summary
The role supports the design and delivery of learning programs, translating business needs into practical training solutions. Also coordinates program execution, conducts training needs analysis, and contributes to client proposals and insights.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop training curricula, learning materials, and facilitation guides aligned with client needs
* Translate business concepts into practical, engaging learning content (slides, case studies, exercises, etc.)
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) through research, stakeholder engagement, and data synthesis
* Support facilitation and drive participant engagement during training sessions and workshops
* Coordinate end-to-end program execution, including scheduling, communication, and logistics
* Track program progress, manage assessments, and ensure timely delivery of all activities
* Collect and analyze feedback, measure learning outcomes, and contribute to post-program reports
* Support proposal development, research, and client presentations for business development
* Contribute to solution design, thought leadership content, and continuous improvement of learning offerings
 

🔹 Ideal Candidate
• 5–7 years’ experience in L&D, HR Consulting, or related fields
• Strong content development, coordination, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented with high-quality output
