Location: Lagos Island and Mainland

ASMs are to drive revenue by leading, recruiting, and training the FAs to achieve sales targets. They analyze market trends.

Key responsibilities includes: Coaching teams, developing relationships and managing performance.

NB: Must have insurance sales experience on General Insurance products.
