Salary: ₦500,000 Net
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

CoreHR Consulting is recruiting for a client in the real estate and property development sector for the role of Architect

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Develop designs using AutoCAD and Revit
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations (3Ds Max)
• Support design execution and coordination with site teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max
• Experience in real estate or construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s is an advantage)
