Job Summary

Location : Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: 400,000 - 500,000 net

Our client — a leading Nigerian investment and real estate development firm known for strategic joint-venture projects, including landmark commercial developments in Lekki Phase 1 — is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment and enjoys driving accuracy, compliance, and financial insight that supports high-value real estate operations.

 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is a compulsory
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards & tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting tools (Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
• High integrity, attention to detail & strong communication skills
