Job Summary

Reports to: Branch Manager
Role: Full time, Onsite
Role Summary:
Handle daily accounting, financial records, and administrative operations for the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, petty cash, and bank transactions
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and staff expenses
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for HQ
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facility upkeep
- Support statutory remittances: PAYE, pension, WHT where applicable
- Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin
- 2+ years experience in accounts/admin role, preferably real estate
- Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks/Sage/Zoho, and MS Office
- ICAN/ANAN student or qualified is an advantage
- High attention to detail, integrity, and organization
Salary: Open for negotiation according to level of experience
