Job Summary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary Range: ₦800,000 - ₦1,000,000 monthly
Reports to: Group CEO/Chief Creative Officer

A leading marketing communications and creative solutions group is seeking a strategic and business-driven Head of Human Resources to lead its People & Culture function.
The ideal candidate will drive organisational effectiveness, strengthen performance culture, and build talent strategies that support business growth across multiple business units.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and exits
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management
* Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including leadership and capability development programs
* Manage employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication frameworks
* Develop, standardise, and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs
* Provide advisory support to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organisational matters
* Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficiency where applicable
* Track, analyse, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage)
* 8–10 years of progressive HR experience. (3–5 years in a leadership HR role) 
* Experience in advertising, marketing communications, consulting, or other fast-paced environments is preferred
