We are hiring:

1. POS Sales Officer
Responsible for promoting and onboarding merchants for POS terminals. This role involves engaging business owners, driving POS adoption, and ensuring active usage of terminals.

2. Consumer Lending Officer
Focuses on marketing and processing loan products for individuals. This includes identifying eligible customers, guiding them through loan applications, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

3. Direct Sales Executive (DSE)
Responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank’s products and services such as accounts, cards, and digital banking solutions, while meeting assigned sales targets.

Compensation
Salary - #94,000 with performance commission
Benefits: Career growth - (employment offer as an Assistant Banking Officer after 2 years), HMO, pension, leave allowance, and 13th-month payment.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum qualification: HND or B.Sc
2. Must not be more than 35 years old
3. Strong communication and sales skills
4. Target-driven and customer-focused
